		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve read a few of Oprah&#039;s book club picks (not &lt;em&gt;because&lt;/em&gt; she picked them; mostly coincidence), and I&#039;m not sure I&#039;d use the word &#039;uplifting&#039; to describe them. More like melancholy or troubling. &lt;em&gt;The Road&lt;/em&gt; left me quite depressed. I think it&#039;s an interesting choice.]]></description>
