  You’re going to need to give some details about number five, parts two and three specifically.

  We’re gonna put that utlity room crap all in the garage once it’s water proof, then put MK in the basement and frame a window or an arch or something and make it a library/study/office (hopefully that will still even fit a couch). Then make his old office a new bedroom. This house needs to sleep 20 since I’m inviting everyone up!
